摘　　要：胃癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，目前研究认为幽门螺杆菌（HP）是胃癌发生发展进程的重要推动因素，现就目前国内外学者对HP在胃癌发生中致病的毒力因子及作用机制、宿主基因的易感性和环境因素三个方面进行综述。The gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in human. The current studies demonstrated that Helicobacter pylori （HP） is one important promotion factor in gastric cancer development. This text aims to overview three aspects including toxic factors and function mechanism of HP in gastric cancer, gene susceptibility of the host and environmental factors studying by domestic and international scholars.
