摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的常见消化系统肿瘤。在我国,其发病率目前呈显著上升趋势,已成为第5大癌症死亡原因。近年来,125I粒子组织间植入内放射作为一种新兴的放射疗法,因其在控制肿瘤局部复发与远处转移等方面具有独特优势,被广泛应用于不同分期及不同类型胰腺癌的临床治疗,并获得了令人满意的疗效,为胰腺癌的辅助治疗提供了一套崭新的思路。Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive system with extremely high malignancy. In China, the incidence nowadays has been going up obviously, which has become the fifth largest cause of cancer death. In recent years, the brachytherapy with permanent 1251 seed implantation, as a new kind of radiotherapeutic approach, due to its unique advantages in controlling of recurrence and metastasis, has been applied widely in the clinical, treatment of pancreatic cancer of different stages and types ,which has got satisfactory effect, providing a new idea in the auxiliary treatment of pancreatic cancer.
