摘 要:近年来世界上有大量的散货船在海上失事,这一现象引起各国船级社的高度重视。通过对散货船失事原因的分析,认为一个重要的原因可能是舱内肋骨与上下翼舱连接处的疲劳强度不足,导致舱室进水,然后波纹横舱壁破坏导致进水过多而沉没。因此,各国的船级社都在船舶设计规范中增加了疲劳强度校核的要求。受中国船级社的委托,我们承担了“散货船疲劳强度评估及其程序系统”的研究项目。本项目的主要目的是研究出一套具有当代国际先进水平的散装货船的疲劳强度校核方法并且编制出相应的计算机软件。通过近两年时间的努力,本项目的研究工作已经全部完成,计算机程序已被吸收进中国船级社的“海虹之彩”软件中。本文主要介绍散货船疲劳强度校核的基本理论,程序的实施以及部分计算结果。In the last decade, there have been many bulk carrier casualties including total losses. This Phenomenon has received special attention of many classification societies.Through some detailed analyses on the possible causes of these casualties, one important loss scenario is postulated as follows. Fractures and potential detachment of brackets occur at bracket connections of the side frame to the wing and hopper tanks due to excessive corrosion and fatigue. This would cause ingress of sea water into the cargo holds. When the corrugated transverse bulkheads are insufficient to withstand the increased static and dynamic pressures,progressive flooding occurs and finally it leads to the sinking of bulk carrier. Therefore, many classification societies have added the fatigue strength assessment requirement in their classification rules for bulk carriers. Under the requirement of China Classification Society, we have undertaken a research project to develop a computer program for the fatigue strength assessment of bulk carriers. In this paper, the theoretical background and the whole development process of the computer system together with some computational results will be presented.
