美伐他汀发酵菌种筛选和发酵条件优化

摘　　要：以美伐他汀产生菌桔青霉NS-3-16为出发菌株,经紫外诱变及平板筛选后,再经摇瓶筛选、复筛,获得一株美伐他汀高产菌株NS-7-04。在50 L发酵罐中,以蔗糖为炭源,以蛋白胨、黄豆粉等为氮源的培养基中培养9~11 d,美伐他汀产率可达9.25 g/L。经传代5次后,菌株的美伐他汀产率仍基本稳定。The Penicillium citrinum NS-3-16 as the parent strain was mutagenized by UV. After preliminary screening by plates and secondary screening by shake flasks, finally a high yield and stable strain named NS-7--04 was obtained. After 9~1 ldays fermentation in a 50 L fermentation tank, with sucrose as carbon source and peptone, soybean cake powder as nitrogen source ,the NS-7-04 gave a Mevastatin output of 9.25 g/L. After five-generation, the output of Mevastatin had been proved stable.
