摘　　要：论述了间充质干细胞移植治疗暴发性肝衰竭的可行性、细胞移植过程中所遇到的问题和细胞移植途径等,为干细胞移植治疗肝衰竭提供理论依据。This article discusses the possibility of MSCs for the treatment of fulminant hepatic failure, the problems encountered in the process of cell transplantation and the method of cell transplantation. This article can provide a theoretical basis for stem cell transplantation for treatment of liver failure.
