AFP-L3在肝细胞癌诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中AFP-L3含量对肝细胞癌诊断的临床意义。方法利用微量离心柱法分离得到AFP-L3,采用化学发光法分别检测总AFP与AFP-L3含量,进而计算AFP-L3与总AFP的比值。结果肝细胞癌患者血清中AFP及AFP-L3的水平均显著高于其他各组,而不同AFP浓度的肝细胞癌患者组AFP-L3的阳性率无明显差异。结论 AFP-L3作为肿瘤标志物对肝细胞癌的早期诊断及良、恶性肝病的鉴别有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the value of detection of alpha-fetoprotein variants（AFP-L3）in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Serum AFP-L3 variants were isolated by micro centrifugal column, and the contents of AFP and AFP-L3 were detected by chemiluminescence. The ratios of AFP to AFP-L3 was calculated. Results The levels of AFP and AFP-L3 in serum of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than the levels of other controls and there was no significant difference of the positive rate of AFP-L3 between the two hepatocellular carcinoma groups which contented different levels of AFP. Conclusion AFP-L3 is very useful as tumor markers in the early diagnosis of small HCC and differential diagnosis between benign and malignant liver diseases.
