摘  要:目的探讨肺纤灵Ⅱ对实验性肺纤维化大鼠的干预作用及其作用机制。方法以气管内注射博莱霉素制备大鼠肺纤维化模型。观察该模型在给予肺纤灵Ⅱ后第7天、第14天、第28天对肺系数、肺组织病理形态、谷胱甘肽(GSH)活力、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及羟脯氨酸(HYP)水平的影响,并以醋酸泼尼松作为阳性药进行对照。结果肺纤灵Ⅱ能明显改善肺组织形态,降低肺系数和肺组织HYP含量,明显升高GSH活力及T-AOC水平(P<0.01或0.05),进而抑制肺泡上皮损伤及胶原纤维的增生。结论中药肺纤灵Ⅱ可对博莱霉素诱导的大鼠肺纤维化具有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制与抑制炎症反应、增强肺组织中GSH活力及T-AOC水平、减轻肺泡上皮损伤有关。Objective It is to approach the effects and interventional mechanisms of Feixianling Ⅱ on bleomycin-indueed pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods The rat pulmonary fibrosis model was established by intratracheal administration of bleomycin. On day 7, 14, 28 after drugs administration, the animals in each group were randomly sacrificed. The pulmonary index, the pathomorphology, glutathione ( GSH), total antioxidization capability ( T - AOC) and HYP were measured and compared with that of the model group. Results Feixianling Ⅱ obviously improved the pathomorphology of animal model of pulmonary fibrosis, significantly decreased the pulmonary index and the amount of HYP, and enhanced the activity of GSH and increased the level of T - AOC in lung tissue ( P 〈 0.01 or 0.05 ) , and then inhibited the injury on alveolar epithelial cells and proliferation of collagenous fibers. Conclusion Feixianling Ⅱ may inhibit the development of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin in rats in certain degree. The mechanism is probably that Feixianling Ⅱ inhibits the infiltration of inflammatory ceilsand enhance the levels of GSH and T - AOC in the lung tissues.
