农民工失业保险存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：农民工的失业保险问题与农民工的切身利益有关，关系到城乡协调发展和全面小康社会的实现。目前我国农民工失业保险存在农民工失业保险制度缺失、农民工参与失业保险积极性和主动性不够等问题。为解决这些问题，在对不同地区农民工失业保险模式比较分析的基础上，提出拓宽失业保险资金来源渠道、对农民工失业保险实施分层分类管理办法、建立最低生存保障制度等对策。Unemployment insurance is closely related to migrant workers＇ benefits, which also influences the harmonious development between the city and the countryside and the realization of Well-off Society. Problems, such as lack of migrant workers＇ unemployment insurance, migrant workers＇ lack of action and initiative in participation, etc. exist in the current system. In order to solve these prob- lems, on the basis of comparative analysis of different unemployment insurance patterns, strategies such as broadening fund sources of hing minimum living insurance are unemployment insurance, hierarchical management, and establisproposed.
