海南岛自然生态系统服务价值动态评估

摘　　要：以海南岛为研究区域,建立了自然生态系统服务功能价值评估体系,利用3S技术准确获取了海南岛自然生态系统类型与分布,应用生态经济学的理论和研究方法,首次对近10年海南岛森林、湿地、淡水和草地四类自然生态系统提供的供给、调节、文化和支持四大类共9项服务功能的经济价值进行了全面的动态评估。结果表明,近10年来海南岛自然生态系统服务价值呈降低趋势,1998年、2004年和2008年总价值(不变价)分别为4958.73亿元、3564.60亿元和3508.21亿元。受到区域气候环境及人类社会活动等因素的影响,森林、草地、湿地和淡水生态系统服务价值的动态变化情况大不相同。生态系统服务价值的动态评估不仅表征海南岛近10年自然生态系统服务价值的变化,而且对实现海南岛生态服务价值动态监测、加强生态环境建设与保护、进行宏观决策具有重要的科学意义。There are rich and diverse natural ecosystems in Hainan Island. They are not only the support of the ecological province construction of Hainan, but also of great importance to the ecological security of Hainan Island. Taking Hainan Island as the survey region, the type and distribution of natural ecosystem are got by using RS, GIS and GPS technology. Natural ecosystem in Hainan Island is classified into four types： forest, wetland, freshwater and grassland. Based on the function evaluation system of natural ecosystem service, the economic value of services provided by those four natural ecosystem types in the decade is dynamically assessed by using relevant theories and research methods of ecological economics. The carefully chosen valuation techniques also get some improvements to suit the specialty of natural ecosystem in Hainan Island. According to the results, the total area of natural ecosystems in Hainan Island shows a decreasing trend from 1998 to 2008, especially from 1998 to 2004, during which time the total area of natural ecosystems plummeted by 3281.19 km 2 . Among four kinds of natural ecosystems, the area of forest and grassland significantly reduce, and the reducing rates reach 20.98% and 91.63% respectively. The total value of natural ecosystem services in 1998, 2004 and 2008 were 310 579 million, 223 261 million and 219 729 million respectively, which shows a decreasing trend as well. The value of forest ecosystem service accounts for more than 80% of the total value of natural ecosystem services, following by the value of freshwater ecosystem service, which takes about 15% of the total value in 2008. Although the total value is decreasing and the reduction rate of the value is much less than the GDP growth rate, the development state of the whole natural ecosystem in Hainan province is not very hopeful.
