摘　　要：教师职业技能是教师必须掌握和运用的教学技巧和能力,也是高职院校师范生必备的专业素质之一。然而高职院校在师范生教师职业技能的培养方面还存在着缺陷和不足。解决这一问题的关键在于必须认真分析其存在不足的原因,提出相应措施,并在教学实践中探索其职业技能培养的有效途径与方法。Teacher＇s professional skill is an essential technique and ability tor teachers. It is one of the qual- ities necessary to normal college students in vocational college. But there exists some deficiency in the cultivation of teacher＇s professional skill for normal college students. The key to solving the problem is to analyze its caus- es, take measures and search after an effective way of cultivating teacher＇s professional skill in teaching practice.
