摘  要:目的研究人脐带间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)对D-半乳糖所致的亚急性衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法对模型对照组和治疗组连续8周颈部皮下注射D-半乳糖(0.25 mg/10 g)以建立衰老模型,两周之后治疗组注射脐带间充质干细胞。检测脐带间充质干细胞治疗前后衰老相关指标:包括小鼠血清、肝组织、脑组织中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果模型对照组与治疗组相比,SOD、CAT偏低,MDA含量偏高并且存在显著性差异(P≤0.05),与空白对照组相比,则存在极显著性差异(P≤0.01)。结论脐带间充质干细胞能够显著改善D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的相关衰老指标,具有抗衰老作用。[ Objective ] To investigate whether the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) have anti-aging function for D-galaetose model mice. [Methods ] D-galactose were injected into nape subcutaneous of the treatment group and model group mice for eight weeks. Then the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were given to treatment group after two weeks. At last, the three related index: the activities of eatalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined to Verify the function of Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. [ Results ] Compared with the treatment group, the activities of model group's catalase and superoxide dismutase were lower, and the content of malondialdehyde was higher. The difference were all significant (P ≤0.05), and when compared with the control group, the difference became significant greatly (P ≤0.01). [Conclusion] The umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells showed a remarkable function on improving the related index of D-galactose model mice, and from this, an anti-aging effect of UC-MSCs can be inferred.
