护理管理控制口腔医院感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析规范化护理管理控制口腔医院感染的效果。方法增强医院领导层的院感意识、启动护理人员规范化培训、加强护理管理、足额配置设备与合理监管、规范消毒隔离常规、回顾医院感染控制效果。结果各项消毒隔离工作指标均符合卫生部有关医院感染管理质量标准要求,口腔医院感染控制工作从上到下都层层落实并走上规范化、程序化、科学化管理轨道,医院感染发生率控制在允许范围内(4.09%)。结论护理管理在口腔医院的医院感染控制中起着不可或缺的作用。【Objective】 To analysis the effect on control of stomatology hospital infection by standardization nursing administration.【Methods】 Standardized training for nurses was started up and nursing administration was enhanced;Equipment was collocated sufficiently and reasonable supervised;Routine of sterilization and insulation was standardized;Effect on control of intra-hospital infection was estimated.【Results】 Every criterion of aseptic and isolation all accorded with the hospital infection control quality standard issued by Ministry of Health referred to;Stomatology hospital infection control work is going to realize standardization,procedure and regular scientific management in all levels of hospital;the incidence of nosocomial infection was controlled within the allowable range（4.09%）.【Conclusion】 Nursing administration care can play a main and key role in the control of cross infection inside stomatology hospital.
