高效液相色谱法在水苏糖品质控制中的应用

摘　　要：研究高效液相色谱法在水苏糖品质控制中的应用。比较两种色谱柱同一时间对同一水苏糖样品的分析,氨基柱比ODS柱具有更好的精密度、重现性和更稳定的日间变异性。面积归一化法简单,快速,可以初步判断水苏糖产品的相对含量。外标法可以在任何情况下准确定量样品水苏糖含量,排除没有峰响应物质的干扰,适用范围更广,在产品质量控制方面更准确。In this paper, a HPLC method applied in the stachyose quality control. Two kinds of columns were compared in separation of the same stachyose in the same time. Hypersil NH2 column was more suitable for analyzing the purity of stachyose in the precision, reproducibility and stability than ODS column. Area normalization method was simple and rapid. It could be used to accurate relative content of the stachyose. External standard method could be used to accurate quantification of stachyose in any case. It eliminated interference of the no response material, and it could be used more extensive and accurate in quality control features of stachyose.
