摘  要:目的 :研究 15mW半导体激光照射对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后脊髓降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)表达的影响。方法 :96只成年雄性SD大鼠制成坐骨神经损伤模型 ,半导体激光照射损伤的坐骨神经 ,能量密度为 31.85J/cm2 ,应用免疫组化方法观察脊髓内CGRP的变化。结果 :神经损伤后 1天脊髓内CGRP表达即增加 ;第 2周及第 4周时激光照射组CGRP的表达高于对照组 ,阳性表达主要集中于脊髓前角运动神经元和背根感觉纤维 ;第 8周时降钙素基因相关肽仍保持较高水平的表达 ,但与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 :15mW半导体激光照射大鼠损伤的坐骨神经可引起脊髓内神经元CGRP表达的变化 。Objective:To study the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in the spinal cord after irradiation on injured sciatic nerve of rats by diode laser with output power of 10mW.Method:Injured sciatic nerves, which were established in 96 adult male SD rats.The rats were irradiated by diode laser. The changes of CGRP in spinal cord were immunohistochemically studied.Result:The expression of CGRP increased in spinal cord on the first day after injury of sciatic nerve. More expression of CGRP at second and fourth week was observed in laser irradiation group comparing to the control group. The positive substance was mainly found in motor neuron of the anterior horn and in sensory nerve fiber in the posterior horn. At eighth week, CGRP remained a high expression in both groups, and showed no significant difference. Conclusion:The expression of CGRP in spinal cord could be changed by diode laser irradiation with power output of 15mW on injured sciatic nerve in rat.Diode laser irradiation could promote nerve regeneration.
