摘　　要：高校青年志愿者参与社区服务不仅对志愿服务事业以及社区的发展,而且对于大学生自身素质的提高都有着积极深远的意义。然而,随着青年志愿者行动和我国社区服务事业的深入发展,在如何促进高校青年志愿服务和社区服务的有效结合,保持高校青年志愿者对社区服务事业的持续参与等方面逐渐暴露出一定的问题。分析高校青年志愿者在参与社区服务过程中产生问题原因的,提出通过建立稳定的参与机制和激励机制等合理化建议,力求促进高校青年志愿服务与社区服务的有效结合。College youth volunteers＇ participating in community service has a positive far-reaching significance for both the development of volunteer services and the improvement of their self qualifies. With the development of youth volunteers and community service, some problems on how to promote the effective integration of college youth volunteers service and community service, on how to keep them continuing their involvement in community service, have emerged, however. This paper puts forward rationalization proposals through establishing a stable participation and incentive mechanism to seek to promote the effective integration of college youth volunteers service and community service.
