大肠癌患者血清脂蛋白、血脂、癌胚抗原分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察大肠癌患者术前术后血清脂蛋白、血脂、癌胚抗原的变化。方法 :对 46例大肠癌病人和 40例正常人检测血清TC、TG、HDL C、LDL C、CEA术前术后的改变。结果 :术前大肠癌血清TC和HDL C水平明显低于正常组 ,CEA水平明显高于正常组 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;术后大肠癌血清TC、HDL C、CEA水平与正常组对照有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,大肠癌恶性程度高则血清TC和HDL C水平与正常人的差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清TC、HDL C和CEA的测定 ,对大肠癌的分期、预后有指导意义。Objective:To observe the changes of serum lipoprotein,blood fat and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in patients with carcinoma of large intestine before and after operation.Methods:Serum TC,TG,HDL C,LDL C and CEA in 46 cases of large intestine carcinoma before and after operation and 40 healthy controls were measured.Results:Before operation,TC and HDL C levels in patients group were significantly lower and CEA level was obviously higher than those in control group (all P <0.01).And after operation,TC,HDL C and CEA levels hadn't significant differences with those of healthy controls(all P >0.05).The higher the malignancy of the large intestine carcinoma,the more the differences of TC and HDL C levels between patients and normals(all P <0.01).Conclusion:Measuring of serum TC,HDL C and CEA levels in patients with carcinoma of large intestine has guiding significance upon staging and prognosis of this tumour.
