独立学院转型期师资队伍建设的探讨

摘　　要：独立学院进入与母体高校分离的转型期后,师资队伍建设呈现出新的特点,对独立学院的发展影响极大。从调查情况来看,独立学院转型期的师资队伍建设还存在着较多的问题,需要从师资结构、良好环境、预备数据库、激励机制、人性管理等方面加强与规范。After the independent colleges entering the transformation of separation from the maternal schools, there＇re new characteristics in the faculty construction of independent colleges, which is significant for the development of independent colleges. Based on the investigation, there＇re many problems in the faculty construction. Therefore, it needs to strengthen and regulate in the aspects of faculty structure, circumstance, database, stimulation mechanism and management oriented by human nature.
