摘　　要：目的 :通过前瞻性研究方案探讨 PRK手术对压平眼压测量的影响。方法 :使用手持 PERKINS压平眼压计、超声角膜测厚仪及角膜曲率测量仪测量 PRK术前及术后 1月眼压、中央角膜厚度及角膜曲率。结果 :PRK术后压平眼压、中央角膜厚度及角膜曲率均较术前明显降低 ,眼压的变化与中央角膜厚度的变化直接相关 ,中央角膜厚度每减小 10μm,压平眼压测量值降低 1mm Hg,角膜曲率的变化对压平眼压测量值无明显影响。结论 :PRK术后眼压测量值的降低会给青光眼的诊断和治疗带来干扰因素 。Objective:To perform a prespective study to determine whether photorefractive keratectomy(PRK)affects applanation IOP readings in human eyes methods:The Ultrasonic central corneal thickness(CCT)and applanation IOP were measured at baseline and 1 month after PRK Keratometry was also obtained results:There were statistically significant decrease in tonometer readings accompanied by a significantly reduction in mean central pachmetry Linear regression analysis showed that there was a relationship between the change in CCT and the change in IOP.No relationship was found between the change in corneal curvature and the change in IOP.Each 10um decreas in CCT caused/mmHg decrease in applantion IOP conclution:The redution in IOP after PRK may delay recgnition and treatment of glaucoma The calibration of IOP is necessary to get a more accurate reading after PRK
