摘  要:根据某型井下胶轮车油气悬架系统的结构特点和工作原理,阐述其在减振和调节车高两方面存在的问题和不足,提出新的油气悬架系统方案。详细分析新方案的工作原理,采用多体系统动力学的方法,在ADAMS中建立胶轮车油气悬架系统二自由度动力学振动模型,通过仿真分析,表明新油气悬架系统能够有效发挥阻尼阀的作用,对胶轮车振动的衰减更为显著,有利于改善胶轮车的行驶平顺性。According to the structural features and working principles of the oil-gas suspension for underground tyre vehicle, the text describes the problems existing in vibration reduction and height readjustment and puts forth a new alternative. The work principle of the new scheme has been analyzed in detail and in ADAMS a kinetic vibration model of dual freedom has been set up based on multi-systematic & kinetic mechanics for the oil-gas suspension of underground tyre vehicles. Simulation analysis shows that the brand new oil-gas suspension system could make full use of damping valve with obvious vibration reduction so as to improve the travel smoothness for tyre vehicles.
