摘  要:目的研究绩效评价与战略的有效连接及对组织绩效改进的影响。方法选择2所医院进行研究,应用t检验、秩和检验及卡方检验进行分析,比较2所医院在绩效考评及组织绩效方面的差异,分析战略性绩效考评对医院绩效改进的影响。结果医院绩效考评与医院战略相联系对组织绩效的改进具有显著影响。结论战略导向绩效考评实施对绩效改进具有较强的因果关系,能有效地适应医院战略实施和控制的要求,可以为组织绩效的持续提升提供有效支持。Objective To study ttqe effective performance evaluation and strategic connections, and the impact on or- ganizational performance improvement. Method The application of t-test, rank sum test and chi-square test was used for analysis and comparison of 2 hospitals in the performance appraisal and organizational performance differences, and strategic performance evaluation of the impact on hospital performance improvement is analyzed. Result Hospital performance evaluation strategy linked with the hospital to improve organizational performance has a significant impact. Conclusion The performance evaluation of the implementation of the strategic direction of performance improvement has a strong causal relationship between the effective implementation of the strategy to adapt to the hospital and control requirements, and to improve organizational perfor-mance eontinurously to provide effective support.
