37例足部恶性黑色素瘤临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨足部恶性黑色素瘤的临床表现、诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析笔者所在科室2000年1月～2010年5月收治的37例足部恶性黑色素瘤患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均经病理证实为恶性黑色素瘤。1例放弃治疗,36例确诊后接受了外科手术治疗,其中单独手术4例,手术+化疗6例,手术+免疫治疗4例,手术+放疗5例,手术+化疗+免疫治疗15例,手术+化疗+免疫治疗+放疗2例。37例随访3个月～7年。14例患者于1～25个月内死亡,其余患者存活。结论目前,足部恶性黑色素瘤仍是不能根治的疾病,但经过正规手术,辅助化疗、免疫、放射治疗,有助于患者恢复足部良好功能,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma on the foot.Methods The clinical data of 37 cases with malignant melanoma on the foot from January 2000 to May 2010 in the author＇s department were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the cases were pathologically diagnosed with malignant melanoma. 1 case gave up the treatment, and 36 cases underwent surgery after confirmed diagnosis, including alone surgery in 4 cases, surgery and chemotherapy in 6 cases, surgery and immunotherapy in 4 cases, surgery and radiotherapy in 5 cases, surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy in 15 cases, surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy in 2 cases. 37 cases were followed up for 3 months to 7 years. 14 cases died within 1 to 25 months, and the otherss survived.Conclusion At present, malignant melanoma of the foot is still a incurable disease, but this retrospective analysis confirms that regular surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation therapy are effective in helping patients to restore function of the feet and improve the quality of life.
