摘 要:目的比较原发性气管腺样囊性癌患者与健康体检者血清蛋白组学,通过两组间差异蛋白的筛选为原发性气管腺样囊性癌的特异性蛋白标记物的寻找奠定基础。方法应用表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术,分析原发性气管腺样囊性癌组和对照组血清,获得蛋白表达图谱,用Biomarkerwizard软件分析得到两组间差异蛋白。结果原发性气管腺样囊性癌组与对照组比较,存在31个差异蛋白(P〈0.01),其中16个蛋白在原发性气管腺样囊性癌中高表达,15个蛋白低表达。结论①原发性腺样囊性癌血清与对照组比较,存在明显差异蛋白,为进一步寻找有诊断价值的特异性血清蛋白标记物提供了依据和研究方向;②血清差异蛋白的出现进而血清蛋白标记物的确定为该病发病机制的明确以及由此针对发病机制产生的新的治疗方法奠定了基础。Objective To compare the profiles of serum proteomics in patients with primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma and those without this disease, aiming at identifying significant biomarkers of primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods The profiles of serum proteomics in patients with primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma and controls were obtained by the technique of SELDI-TOF-MS,and the differential expression protein were identified through the analysis of Biomarker Wizard software. Results 31 differential expression protein were found out across the two groups. 16protein were expressed higher in primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma, and 15 were expressed lower. Conclusions ODifferential expressed protein exists in primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma, and this provides the evidence and orients for the research of the specific biomarkers in the adenoid cystic carcinoma. OThe outcome of the differential protein and the definitude of the biomarkers lay a foundation for the detection of the mechanism in the development of adenoid cystic carcinoma, and furthermore for the emergency of the new treatment according to the mechanism.
