摘  要:针对柔性的客户定制需求,提出充分重用零件实例的产品变型设计方法.通过分析零件实例重用引起的尺寸约束冲突,提出基于尺寸变化概率和零件变型需求的尺寸约束冲突转移与延迟解决方案,并给出了尺寸变化概率和零件变型需求的统计模型;然后针对零件实例重用引起的客户需求损失提出定制特征指标的补偿作用,并以田口质量损失函数为基础构建了改进的客户需求损失综合模型.最后通过一个实例进行了验证,结果表明在产品变型设计过程中,选择对客户需求影响小的零件实例作为重用对象,可以实现在满足客户需求的同时有效地降低定制产品的成本、缩短交货期.Aiming to flexible customer's needs, product variant design method reusing part instance sufficiently was presented. The solutions of dimension constraint conflict transferring and postponing were put forward based on the definitions of dimension modification probability and part variant requirement through the analysis of dimension constraint conflicts resulting from part instance reuse. And the statistical models of dimension modification probability and part variant requirement were established respectively. Then, aiming to the customer preference loss due to part instance reuse, the compensation function of customized characteristic indexes was proposed. A modified customer preference loss model was constructed based on Taguchi's quality loss functions. Finally, an example was given to verify the proposed methods. The results show that selecting the part instances that have minimal affection on customer's requirements during product variant design can meet customer's requirements and decrease the cost of customized product and shorten lead-time effectively.
