精神病人自伤、意外伤早期诊治的研究

摘　　要：目的探究精神病患者自伤、意外伤的早期诊断和治疗。方法随机选取我院在收治的80例有过自伤、意外伤患者,对其诊断以及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均在24h内经过全面的诊断和治疗达到诊治目的,58例康复出院,16例继续治疗,3例死亡,3例再次发生自伤、意外伤行为。结论对精神病人进行早期的准确诊断和及时的治疗,可取得良好的治疗效果和预防患者再次出现自伤、意外伤行为。Objective To explore mental illness self-injury,accidental injury in the early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital had treated 120 patients with self--injury, accident trauma patients,its diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were fully within 24 hours of treatment to achieve the purpose of diagnosis and treatment, 86 eases recovered and were discharged,26 patients continued treatment,4 deaths,4 cases of recurrence of self--injury,accidental injury behavior.Conclusion The mental patients for early accurate diagnosis and timely treatment,can get a good treatment and prevention of recurrence in patients with self--injury,accident injury behavior.
