摘　　要：[目的]了解社区精神分裂症患者就诊和药物治疗情况,分析其影响因素,为精神卫生工作指标调查评估工作提供参考。[方法]2010年10月,在广州市越秀区抽取广卫街140例登记在册确诊的社区精神分裂症患者进行调查。[结果]调查140例,终生就诊率为92.86%,终生治疗率为87.86%,终生住院治疗率为67.14%,一年治疗率为79.29%,一年系统治疗率为42.86%,时点治疗率为70.71%。终生治疗率、一年治疗率,男性分别为93.18%、85.23%,女性分别为78.85%、69.23%(P<0.05);终生治疗率、终生住院治疗率,公费者分别为100.00%、91.67%,医保者分别为93.51%、70.13%,自费者分别为76.47%、56.86%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]社区精神分裂症患者治疗率较高;男性高于女性;治疗费是公费、医保类型者治疗率较高。[Objective]To understand the treatment and drug therapy of patients with schizophrenia in Yuexiu district, and analyze its influence factors, so as to provide reference for its evaluation. [Methods] On-site questionnaire survey was conducted on 140 cases of patients with schizophrenia Who were registered and diagnosed in community. [FResults] in 14ocases of patients, 92.86 % attendance rate of lifetime; lifetime treatment rate was 87.86 %;lifetime＂ hospitalization rate was 67. 14%;one year treatment rate was 79.29%;one year systematic treatment rate was 42.86%;one week ago treatmentrate was 70.71%. Lifetime treatment rate and one year treatment rate were significantly higher in males than in females （ P〈0.05）. Treatment rate of medicare patients was significantly higher than private ones（P〈0.01 or 〈0.05）. [Conelu-sion]The rate of treatment is high among patients with schizophrenia in Guangwei community, Yuexiu district, higher in males than in females;The treatment rate of medicare patients is higher than private ones.
