摘　　要：对试题进行公平性审核,是试题开发中促进测验公平的一个必不可少的环节,审核的目的是避免试题中的构念无关因素。为了更有效地进行公平性审核,应遵循一定的审核原则和规程;条件许可的情况下,还应借助适当的统计分析方法作为人工审核试题的补充。本文对这三个方面进行了探讨,提出避免构念无关因素的若干对策。Fairness review of test item is one of the necessary procedures in test development for the purpose of promoting test fairness. In order for effective review, there should be some principles and procedures. Besides, condition permitted , the use of appropriate statistical techniques can be an complement for judgemental review. This paper worked on the three aspects mentioned above, and listed some possible solutions to avoid construct-irrelevant factors.
