摘 要:采用显微镜细胞计数和标准藻毒监测方法—小鼠生物法,研究了0、1.8、3.6和5.4μmol/L4种磷浓度对有毒甲藻塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)和微小亚历山大藻(Alexandtium minutum)的生长和产毒力的影响。结果表明,磷浓度对2种甲藻的生长和产毒能力均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。塔玛亚历山大藻在3.6μmol/L磷浓度组的密度显著高于其他3个磷浓度组(P<0.05),在0μmol/L磷浓度组的密度显著低于其他3个磷浓度组;微小亚力山大藻在1.8、3.6和5.4μmol/L磷浓度下生长无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在0μmol/L磷浓度下生长缓慢,藻密度显著低于其他3个磷浓度组(P<0.05)。塔玛亚历山大藻和微小亚历山大藻均在0μmol/L磷浓度下产毒能力最高,分别为3.0×10-4和5.2×10-4MU/个,显著高于其他磷浓度组(P<0.05),塔玛亚历山大藻在3.6μmol/L磷浓度下产毒能力最低,为0.1×10-4MU/个,显著低于其他组(P<0.05),其他磷浓度组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Effects of four different phosphorus ( Na2HPO4) concentrations, 0, 1.8, 3.6 and 5.4 μmol/L, on the growth and toxin generation of Alexandrium tamarense and Alexandtium minutum were studied, with microscope cell counting method and toxic algae monitoring method. The four phosphorus concentrations had significance effects on the growth and toxin generation of A. tamarense and A. minutum (P 〈 0.05 ). A. tamarense density in phosphorus concentration of 3.6μmol/L was notably higher than that of other three phosphorus concentrations(P 〈01 05) , but A. tarnarense density in phosphorus concentration of 0 μmol/L was obviously lower than that in three others (P 〈 0.05). A. minutum in phosphorus concentration of 1.8, 3.6 and 5.4μmol/L had no significant growth differences (P 〈 0.05 ). But A. minutum with concentration 0 μmol/L grew slowly, density significantly lower than that in three other phosphorus concentrations (P 〈 0.05 ). The toxin generation of A. tamarense and A. minutum in 0 ix 0μmoL/L was higher than that in other three phosphorus concentrations (P 〈 0.05 ), separately 3.0 x 10-4and 5.2 x 10 -4 MU/cell. While the boxin generation of A. tamarense in 3.6 p, moL/L was lower than that in other comcen- trations ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant differences on toxin generation of A. tamarense and A. minutum in other con- centrations (P 〉 0.05 ) were observed.
