摘 要:为缩短无轴承同步磁阻电机轴向长度,降低包含位移传感器在内的系统总成本,拓宽无轴承同步磁阻电机的应用领域,需去除电机的转子径向位移传感器。采用改进电压模型的反电动势积分方法对电机悬浮绕组磁链进行观测,进而设计转子位移估计器,建立了电机的无位移传感器控制系统。仿真和实验结果表明该方法能有效估计转子位移,可实现转矩扰动时无轴承同步磁阻电机的稳定悬浮运行。In order to decrease the shaft length of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor, to reduce the total cost of the system included displacement sensors and to expand the application fields for the motor, so the rotor displacement sensors should be canceled. A back-EMF integration combined with modified voltage model was used for estimating the flux in the suspension winding, so the rotor displacements estimator was designed, and the displacements sensorless control system of the motor was set up. Simulation and experiment results verify that the proposed method can track the rotor displacements effectively, furthermore, the stable suspension operation is realized under condition of load disturbance.
