高校高水平运动队新型管理模式的探析——以复旦大学中长跑队为例

摘　　要：复旦大学中长跑队在近年来的各项国内外赛事中屡创佳绩,这与新型管理模式的有效运作密不可分。通过对复旦大学中长跑队新型与传统两种管理模式的比较研究,分析了在招生、学习、训练、竞赛、经费、生活等各方面的实践与创新。这对我国高校高水平运动队建设无疑是很好的经验启示。同时,本文也对复旦大学中长跑队所遇到的各种新问题与新挑战进行了实事求是的分析,值得进一步的深思。In recent years, middle-long distance race team in Fudan University has made remarkable achievement repeatedly in several competitions at home and abroad, which is closely correlated with its new management mod- el. This article compares the new management model with the traditional one, and analyzes its application and innovation in the field of enrollment, learning, training, competition, expenditure and life. This is a good illus- tration to the construction of China＇s college high-level athletic teams. Meanwhile, this article analyzes the new problems and challenges facing to the Fudan team, which needs further reflection.
