水相分离法从油脂脱色废漂土中回收油的研究

摘　　要：通过实验研究了从油脂脱色废漂土中回收油的水相分离法的研究,对不同的压力pH值和时间对残油率作了研究,并得出了常压和加压下的最佳工艺条件,在此条件下,残油率可达5%以下;收率达60%～80%。AmethodofaqueousphaseseparationforrecyclingoilfromSpentBleachingEarthingreasedecolorwas introducedinthepaper.Theresultsshowedtherelationshipbetweenthepercentagesoftheresidualoilandthenitrogen pressure ,pHandreactiontime.Theoptimumoperationconditionswereavailableundernormalorhighpressureswhenthe ratiooftheresidualoilwaslessthan 5 %andtheoilrecyclingrateswere 60 %～ 80 % .
