后肾腺瘤临床诊治分析(附2例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏后肾腺瘤的临床表现、病理、免疫组化、核型、治疗方案和预后。方法对2例肾脏后肾腺瘤患者临床资料、手术切除后标本行病理检查、免疫组化检测结果进行分析,并就其核型特点、治疗方案和预后进行文献复习。结果镜下该肿瘤由大小不一的细胞排列成密集小管状、腺样结构,细胞无明显异型性、无核分裂相;免疫组化染色有助于鉴别诊断;后肾腺瘤预后较好。结论后肾腺瘤是一种罕见的肾脏胚胎性上皮源性良性肿瘤,常被误诊为恶性肿瘤,应与肾母细胞瘤、乳头状肾细胞癌等鉴别。Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics,immunohistochemical findings,genotype,treatment and prognosis of metanephric adenoma.Methods Clinical data,pathological examinations and immunohistochemical findings of two case of metanephric adenoma were analyzed,then related literatures were reviewed about the genotype,treatment and prognosis of this disease.Results These tumor cells microscopically consisted of tubular and gland-like formation without atypical and mitotic figures.Immunohistochemical examination is helpful for its differential diagnosis.Its prognosis is well.Conclusion Metanephric adenoma is a kind of rare benign tumor originating from remnants of metanephric tissues.It is very important to distinguish this disease from Wilms＇tumor and renal cell carcinoma.
