摘　　要：摘要：介绍了QT800-6／QT900-6高延性珠光体球铁和等温淬火球铁（ADI）等具有优良综合性能的曲轴材料，分析了其在增压柴油机曲轴上的应用前景。指出经强化的QT800-6／QT900-6高延性球墨铸铁曲轴，生产工艺技术稳定，产品一致性好，有广阔的发展前景；此外，由于目前ADI曲轴需求市场尚未形成，并受专业化等温淬火热处理设备投资较大的影响，ADI曲轴的发展受到很大制约。The crankshaft materials with perfect comprehensive performances, such as high ductility pearlitic ductile iron （QT800-6/QT900-6） and ADI were presented, and their application prospects in turbocharged diesel engine crankshaft were analyzed. The results show that the strengthening QT800-6/ QT900-6 crankshafts with stable production process and good product consistency have a vast potential for future development. But due to no forming ADI crankshafts market and greater investment for specialized isothermal quenching heat treatment equipments, the development of ADI crankshafts is restricted greatly.
