腹膜后巨大胃肠外间质瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜后胃肠外间质瘤（extral—gastrointestinal stromal tumors，EGISTs）的诊治及预后。方法回顾分析1例腹膜后胃肠外间质瘤患者的临床资料。结果患者系73岁男性，因全身乏力3个月伴右侧腰部胀痛1个月入院，行右侧腹膜后肿块探查术，术后病检回报证实肿块性质为胃肠外间质瘤。结论胃肠外间质瘤临床罕见，需结合临床表现、彩超、CT、病理学特征和免疫组化相结合确诊。治疗上仍以手术切除治疗为主，辅以分子靶向治疗药物格列卫（甲磺酸伊玛替尼，STI-571）治疗。Objectives To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 ease of extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumor, and reviewed the relevant literature. Results The patient, male, 68 years old. The main clinical features were lack of power three months with the right the waist pain a month. The right retroperitoneal tumors exploration operation was performed, and pathologic examination was extral -gastrointestinal stromal tumor （EGIST）. Conclusions Extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumor（EGIST） is a rare disease which can be diagnosed according to its clinical manifestations, color ultrasonic inspection, CT, Pathological examination and lmmunohistochemistry analysis. Surgery combination of molecular target drug Glivec （Imatinib Mesylate, STI -571 ） is the mainly therapy.
