摘  要:以上海长江隧道联络通道冻结加固工程为背景,详细介绍了1#联络通道人工地层冻结法工程的监测设计,提出了冻结监测的设计原则,对冻结监测数据进行了深入分析。通过盐水温度监测判断冻结设备运转情况,通过冻土帷幕监测得出冻土帷幕发展规律、冻土帷幕交圈时间、冻土帷幕有效厚度等。然后,将监测分析结果与解析计算对比。研究结果表明:通过优化的冻结监测设计,不仅减少了对管片的破坏,而且用较少的测点就可以实时地、准确地判断人工地层冻结法的土体加固效果。本文监测优化设计的思路和数据分析方法可以为同类工程的设计和施工提供指导。Based on background of artificial ground freezing projects of Shanghai Yangtze Tunnel, in this paper the monitoring design of No. 1 Cross - passage and the method of data analysis are introduced and the design philoso- phy is presented. The situation of freezing equipment, the law of development of frozen ground curtain, the cross - ring time and the effective thickness of the curtain are judged by in - depth analysis of monitoring data, including temperature of brine and frozen ground curtain. The results of study show that the freezing effect can be monitored and analysed timely and accurately through optimized design which contains fewer temperature sensors, reducing the pos- sible damage of tunnel segments. The view of monitoring design and data analysis can be used in similar projects and provide the guidance for engineering design and construction.
