摘  要:以二异氰酸酯和聚酯二元醇合成聚氨酯预聚体,采用N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)为亲水扩链剂,制备了阳离子水性聚氨酯(CWPU)乳液,研究了制备CWPU乳液的影响因素,并研究了CWPU乳液涂膜的拉伸性能。研究表明,当N-MDEA的质量分数为7.0%-9.5%,R值为1.3-1.5,中和度为80%-100%时,可制得稳定性较好的CWPU乳液。随着N-MDEA含量增加,CWPU乳液涂膜拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率下降;随着中和度的提高,涂膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率同时提高。With N-methyldiethanola mine as a hydrophilic agent, a series of cationic waterborne polyurethane (CWPU)emulsions were prepared with diisocyanate and polyester diol. The influence factors on preparation of CWPU emulsion were studied. The tensile properties of CWPU emulsion cast films were also studied. The results show that the stable CWPU emulsion is conveniently obtained with polyurethane prepolymer when mass fraction of N- MDEA is 7.0 % -- 9.5 %, R value is 1.3-- 1.5 and degree of neutralization is 80 % -- 100 %. The tensile properties of the CWPU emulsion cast films show that the tensile strength increases, and the elongation at break decreases with the N-MDEA content increasing, the tensile strength and the elongation at break increase simultaneously with the degree of neutralization increasing.
