摘 要:建立了海洋管道多点提升的有限元模型,考虑了管土作用的非线性和倾斜绳缆对提升的影响,引入了土体吸力的作用,并增加了对绳缆的模拟,运用ANSYS软件对海洋管道多点提吊的各个阶段进行了模拟计算,同时运用实例分析对所建模型进行了验证。分析结果表明,土体吸力对离地点附近管道的弯矩影响较大,对管道变形几乎没有影响;在提吊初期,管道的最大弯矩对土体吸力的大小较为敏感,最大弯矩随土体吸力的增大而增大,随着提吊高度的增加,土体吸力对最大弯矩的影响逐渐消失。The finite element model of offshore pipeline multipoint hoist was established in the paper. The effect of non-linearity of pipe-soil interaction and inclined cable on hoist was considered. The effect of soil suction was in- troduced. The simulation of the cable was added. The ANSYS software was adopted to conduct a simulation calcula- tion of various stages of offshore pipeline multipoint hoist. Meanwhile, an example was used to verify the model es- tablished. The findings show that soil suction has remarkable effect on the bending moment of the pipeline near the liftoff point and it almost has no effect on pipeline deformation. In the initial stage of hoist, the maximum bending moment of pipeline is sensitive to the amount of soil suction. The maximum bending moment increases with the in- crease of soil suction. With the increase of hoist height the effect of soil suction on the maximum bending moment gradually disappears.
