胰腺癌组织中SDF-1的表达与其临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨SDF-1在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测64例胰腺癌组织及24例正常组织中SDF-1的表达。结果:胰腺癌组织的SDF-1表达在不同组织学分级之间有显著差异,中-低分化组中SDF-1表达率明显高于高分化组(P<0.05)。结论:SDF-1可能在胰腺癌侵袭性进展中起到一定作用,有可能作为评价胰腺癌预后的生物学指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of SDF-1 and its clinical significance in human panreatic cancer.Methods：The expression of SDF-1 in 64 samples of human pancreatic cancer and 24 samples of normal human pancreatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results：The expression of SDF-1 correlated with histological grades,expression rate of SDF-1 in group of moderate-low differentiation was significantly higher than that in group of well differentiation（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The high expression of SDF-1 may play a certain effect in invasion and metastasis in human pancreatic cancer and SDF-1 may serve as an useful prognostic marker for human pancreatic cancer.
