晚期恶性肿瘤伴发糖尿病47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析晚期恶性肿瘤伴发糖尿病的发病情况,探讨控制血糖对患者预后的影响。方法:收集我院47例晚期恶性肿瘤伴发糖尿病患者的临床资料,分析其发病及治疗情况,同时探讨控制血糖水平对生存期及生活质量的影响。结果:晚期恶性肿瘤伴发糖尿病以消化系统肿瘤及肺癌患者居多,血糖控制良好组的生存期及生活质量显著高于血糖控制不佳组(P<0.05)。结论:合理控制血糖对晚期恶性肿瘤伴发糖尿病患者的预后有重要的临床意义。Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of advanced cancer with diabetes mellitus,and to investigate the influence to prognosis of controlling blood glucose level.Methods：All 47 patients with advanced cancer and diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study,their clinical characteristics and therapies,was analyzed.Results：Advanced cancers aften accompanied by diabetes mellitus,especially in the digestive system tumor and lung cancer.The lifetime and QOL were significantly improved in the patients whose blood glucose levels were well controlled（P 0.05）.Conclusion：There＇s positive impact to control the blood glucose level reasonably in the patients with advanced cancer and diabetes mellitus.
