摘　　要：目的:观察吉西他滨(gemcitabine,GEM)、奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin,L-OHP)、地塞米松(dexamethason,DXM)组成的GLD联合化疗方案治疗复发或难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效。方法:10例经正规治疗后复发或难治的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,采用GLD方案化疗:吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注30 min,第1、8天;奥沙利铂(L-OHP)100mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;地塞米松(DXM)10mg/d,静脉滴注,第1-5天。21天为1周期结果,至少治疗两个周期。结果:完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)4例,稳定(SD)2例,进展(PD)2例,总有效率(CR+PR)为60%,化疗副作用主要为骨髓抑制,其他副作用均在Ⅰ度以内。结论:GLD方案治疗复发或难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的近期疗效满意,副作用可耐受。Objective：To evaluate the effect and toxicity of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin and dexamethasone in the treatment of patiens with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Methods：Ten patients with confirmed relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma were enrolled in this srudy.The chemotherapy regimen consisted of gemcitabine（1000mg/m 2,day 1 and 8）,oxaliplatin（100mg/m 2,day 1） and dexamethasone（10mg/d,day 1-5） were given every three weeks,at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy for each patient.Results：In the 10 cases,the complete response was in 2 cases,the partial response was in 4 cases,2 cases was no change,2 cases was progressive,the overall response rate（CR ＋ PR） was 60%.Conclusion：GLP regimen can achieve a satisfied result in the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma,and the toxicity was tolerable.
