软组织透明细胞肉瘤9例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨软组织透明细胞肉瘤的临床病理特点和治疗方法。方法:报道1例并回顾性分析我院既往收治的8例软组织透明细胞肉瘤的临床资料。结果:男性2例,女性7例;年龄21-32岁,平均25.6岁。肿瘤均发生于四肢,起病隐匿,生长较缓慢,源于肌腱和腱膜。结论:软组织透明细胞肉瘤是一种恶性程度较高的肉瘤,手术范围足够以及配合放化疗有望获得一定治疗效果。Objective：To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue（CCS）.Methods：We reported a case in detail and analysed retrospectively the clinicopathologic data of CCS in 8 cases.Results：Among the 9 patients,there were 2 males and 7 females with the mean age of 25.6 years（range：21-32 years）.All the cases occurred in the lower extremities closing to the tendon and aponeurosis without any significant clinical symptom.Conclusion：CCS is a high grade malignant sarcoma.Complete surgical resection with concurrent chemoradiotherapy is a suitable treatment.
