胸腺肽与抗肿瘤中药组合疗法对肿瘤患者外周血免疫学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察胸腺肽与抗肿瘤中药组合方案治疗对肿瘤患者免疫功能影响。方法分析54例接受胸腺肽(80～120 mg/d静脉点滴,连用5 d/月)与抗肿瘤中药(苦参、华蟾素等)组合方案治疗肿瘤患者,检测治疗前后患者外周血淋巴细胞计数(总T细胞、T细胞/诱导细胞、CD4/CD8、B细胞、NK细胞),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)和补体(总补体活性、C3、C4)水平,并用统计学方法进行分析治疗前后变化。结果统计学分析显示经不同时间治疗后,患者外周血淋巴细胞(总T细胞、T细胞/诱导细胞、CD4/CD8、B细胞、NK细胞),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)和补体(C3、C4)显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),IgM和总补体活性水平前后差别无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽与抗肿瘤中药(苦参针、华蟾素针等)组合方案治疗能维持或提高肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞(总T细胞、T细胞/诱导细胞、CD4/CD8、B细胞、NK细胞),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)和补体(总补体活性、C3、C4)水平,联合用药在提高和维持患者免疫功能上起着积极作用。Objective To observe the immunomodulatory effects of thymosin combined with antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine （injection containing Radix Sophora Flavescentis, Cinobufacini） in cancer patients. Methods Fifty-four cancer patients accepted thymosin 80-120 mg/d intravenously for 5 consecutive days per month in combination with antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine. Total T cells, T cells/induce cells, CD4/CD8, B cells, NK cells, immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM and complements CHso, C3, C4 were measured before and after treatment. Results The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte （ total T cells, T cells/induce cells, CD4/CD8, B cells and NK cells）, immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and complements C3, C4 were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） except for CHso and IgM. Conclusion The immunological function of cancer patients is maintained and enhanced by thymosin treatment in combination with antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine.
