中西医结合治疗间接性视神经挫伤16例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗间接性视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法选取2007年7月至2010年7月眼科收治的16例间接性视神经挫伤患者为研究对象,采用激素冲击联合静脉滴注葛根素注射液进行治疗。结果治疗后大多数患者的视力有不同程度的提高,其中显效10例(62.5%),有效4例(25.0%),无效2例(12.5%)。结论间接性视神经挫伤为眼科重症,中西医结合的治疗方法可以取得较好的效果,治疗越早,预后越好。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of integrative therapy in treating indirect optic nerve contusion.METHODS Sixteen patients who were diagnosed as indirect optic nerve contusion in ophthalmology department from July 2007 to July 2010 were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with steroids pulse therapy and puerarin injection.RESULTS The visual acuity in most cases was improved with different degrees after the treatment,effective in 62.5%,25.0% valid,invalid 12.5%.CONCLUSIONS Indirect optic nerve contusion as a severe eye disease,treated with integrative therapy could achieve better results.The sooner the treatment is,the better the prognosis will be.
