人工泪液对视网膜电图检查后角膜上皮损伤的防护作用

摘　　要：目的观察人工泪液对视网膜电图检查后角膜上皮损伤的防护作用。方法本研究采用前瞻性研究方法。将接受视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)检查的住院患者随机分为对照组(32例60只眼)和干预组(31例57只眼),干预组于ERG检查前、后30 min给予聚乙二醇滴眼液点眼1次。2组均在检查后10 min、6 h行角膜荧光素染色,评估角膜上皮缺损情况。结果检查后10 min和6 h干预组角膜荧光素染色评分均优于对照组(c2=8.99,P<0.05;c2=10.27,P<0.01)。结论 ERG检查对角膜上皮有一定程度的损伤,围检查期使用人工泪液能有效地保护角膜上皮,促进角膜上皮修复。OBJECTIVE To observe the preventive effects of artificial tears on corneal epithelium injury after electroretinography（ERG）examination.METHODS Perspective study.The inpatients received ERG examination randomly divided into control group（32 patients,60 eyes）and intervention group（31 patients,57 eyes）.The intervention group was given polyethylene glycol eye drops once 30 minutes before and after examination.Two groups were undergone corneal fluorescein staining（CSF）at 10 minutes and 6 h after examination,and assessed the degree of corneal epithelium injury.RESULTS At 10 minutes and 6 h after examination,CSF scores were all less in intervention group（c2=8.99 and P0.05 for 10 minutes,c2=10.27 and P0.01 for 6 h）.CONCLUSION ERG examination could cause corneal epithelium injury.Artificial tears could effectively protect corneal epithelium from injury before and after ERG examination,and promote the corneal epithelium to heal.
