巩膜外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨巩膜外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 2005年至2010年我院采用巩膜外路手术的方法治疗孔源性视网膜脱离588只眼,采用回顾性研究的方法,对其治疗效果和手术方式进行分析。结果术后视网膜裂孔在手术嵴外坡上331只眼(56.2%),在手术嵴正上方159只眼(27.1%),在手术嵴内坡上78只眼(13.3%),手术总复位率为70.75%。术后常见并发症依次为术后角膜上皮缺损(84.4%),术后视网膜下液存在(视网膜复位不良)(29.3%),术后高眼压(24.7%),玻璃体出血(6.3%)。结论巩膜外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离手术具有严格手术适应症,手术效果良好,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To analyse the effect of surgical scleral treatment for retinal detachment.METHODS We completed 588 cases of scleral surgical from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital,and a retrospective analysis of surgical treatment,surgical procedures was made.RESULTS After surgeries,56.2%（331 eyes）of patients＇ retinal holes were outside the ridge slope,27.1%（159 eyes）were just above the ridge,13.3%（78 eyes）were in the slope crest.Effective operation rate was 96.6%.The proportion of postoperative complications were corneal epithelial defect（84.4%）,postoperative presence of subretinal fluid（retina bad）（29.3%）,postoperative high intraocular pressure（24.7%） and vitreous hemorrhage（6.3%）.CONCLUSIONS With strict surgical indications,scleral surgical treatment for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment was good and worth of clinical application.
