摘　　要：目的观察鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏(典必殊)注入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法鼻泪管阻塞患者60例70只眼,应用逆植球头硅胶管联合典必殊眼膏注入术治疗,对手术疗效进行分析。结果术后随访6～24个月,53只眼泪道冲洗通畅无溢泪,9只眼泪道冲洗欠通畅,溢泪好转,总有效率88.6%。结论逆植球头硅胶管联合眼膏注入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞具有手术创伤小、操作简便、不损伤泪道正常结构等优点,临床疗效确切。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effects of the treatment for nasolacrimal duct obstruction by inversely planting silicone tube with spherical end combined with injecting TobraDex ointment in lacrimal canaliculi.METHODS Sixty cases（70 eyes）with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were treated by inversely planting silicone tube with spherical end and injecting TobraDex ointment in lacrimal canaliculi,then the clinical effects were analysed.RESULTS All patients were followed up for 6~24 months on average after operation,53 eyes irrigation of lacrimal passage patency without epiphora,9 eyes lacrimal syringe less smooth and epiphora improvement,the total effective rate was 88.6%.CONCLUSIONS The treatment of lnasolacrimal duct obstruction by inversely planting silicone tube with spherical end combined with injecting eye ointment was a perfect method with single operation,as well as minor surgical trauma to avoid the damage to lacrimal,the clinical curative effect was precise.
