摘　　要：王静波教授从事中医眼科临床三十余年,对中晚期青光眼的诊治积累了丰富的经验,对本病的病因病机、辨证论治有独到的见解,认为气阴双亏、目窍不通是中晚期青光眼的主要病机,创制了具有益气养阴、开窍明目的益阴明目合剂,从而创新了本病的治法。Professor Wang Jingbo had been engaged in clinical practice of traditional Chinese ophthalmology for more than 30 years.Abundant experience in diagnosis and treatment of middle or late glaucoma was accumulated and original view on etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation was put forward by professor Wang.Qi and yin deficiency,obstructive eye orifices were thought as the main pathogenesis of middle or late glaucoma.A Yiyin Mingmu Mixture（mixture of nourishing yin and improving eyesight）was formulated which had the function of nourishing yin and tonifying qi,opening orifices and improving eyesight.He had created a therapeutic method of middle or late glaucoma.
