摘  要:托森差速器利用正逆两对蜗轮蜗杆传动高摩擦、低效率的特性增大了转矩比,并能根据转速差的变化自动调整转矩分配,提高了越野车的地面通过性。在Pro/E环境下完成了蜗轮蜗杆式限滑差速器主要零部件直齿圆柱齿轮、蜗杆蜗轮和弧齿锥齿轮的三维参数化实体建模,实现某越野车托森差速器的参数化设计,减少了设计人员的重复劳动,提高了设计效率。The Torsen differential increase torque ratio and automatically adjust torque distribution according to the change of rotation speed difference by direct and inverse two pairs of worm gear and the worm driving with the characteristics of high friction and low efficiency, the ground through performance of off- road vehicle is improved. The 3D parametric entity modeling of the main component such as spur gear, worm and worm gear and spiral bevel gear for worm gear-limited differential is completed based on Pro/E, the parametric vehicle is realized. The design personnel repeated labor is reduced and the design of Torsen differential for off - road design efficiency is improved
