摘　　要：目的评价胃镜直视下食管扩张、置内支架在食管、贲门术后狭窄和晚期食管癌治疗中的应用疗效。方法胃镜下对25例食管贲门术后再狭窄的患者,使用探条式扩张器共行49次扩张,对15例单纯扩张效果差的晚期食管癌及2例合并食管-气管瘘的患者,安装食管内支架。结果所有病例术后吞咽困难明显缓解,呛咳消失。未出现严重并发症。结论胃镜直视下食管扩张及内支架置入术方法简便、安全,疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of esophageal dilation and implantation of stents under gastroscope for the treatment of postoperative esophageal and preventricular stenosis and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 49 esophageal dilations were operated on 25 patients of postoperative esophageal and preventricular stenosis by using Savary-Gilliard dilator.Stents were implanted under gastroscope to 15 patients of advanced esophageal cancer who had poor response to esophageal dilations and another 2 patients with the cancer who complicated with esophago-tracheal fistula.Results Dysphagia and bucking were obviously relieved and no serious complication occurred in all cases.Conclusion Esophageal dilation and implantation of stents under gastroscope are convenient,safe and reliable.
