摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市0-5岁儿童医疗保险待遇现状以及参加医疗保险影响因素,为进一步完善武汉市儿童医疗保障制度提供理论依据和政策建议。方法:资料来源于320份5岁以下儿童家庭问卷,用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果:38.4%的儿童没有任何的医疗保险,22.2%的儿童家长外出务工,90.0%的母亲具有较高文化水平,家庭年均收入为4.73万元。结论:对政策不了解、父母外出务工、母亲文化程度及收入情况影响儿童参加医疗保险。建议:加强政策宣传,积极引导儿童参加医疗保险;关注低收入家庭儿童;为流动儿童参加医保建立畅通的渠道。To understand the status of the utilization of health care treatment services and affect insurance factors for Chil- dren under 5 years in Wuhan to provide theoretical bases and policy recommendations for further improvement children＇s health ,insurance sys- tem. Methods： The quantitative data was collected from 320 questionnaires for families with children under 5 years. SPSS12.0 software was used for data processing to carry on statistical analysis. Results： 38.4% of children have no health insurance, 22.2% of parents work outside the home, 90% of mothers with higher educational level, family annual income of 47,300 yuan. Conclusions： The factors include lacking of understanding of policy, parents work outside the home, education level of mothers and family income. Strengthen the policy advocacy, and actively guide the children to have health insurance; concern low-income families; for migrant children to participate in Medicare establish smooth channels.
