培养环境工程专业人才国际视野的探索和思考

摘　　要：全球化时代背景下,国家的发展需要更多的国际化高素质人才。如何培养具有国际视野的环境工程专业人才是大学环境工程专业急需研究的教学改革课题。文章从江南大学和宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合教学项目的开展与实践出发,介绍了具有国际化视野环境工程专业人才培养模式的一些探索,并在人才培养理念、培养模式、培养条件、以及培养措施等方方面进行了思考,以期为日益广泛而深入的国际交流中培养环境工程专业人才提供有益的经验与启示。Under the era background of globalization,the national development needs more internationalized talents.How to develop specialty talents of environmental engineering with international view is the urgent teaching reform research task of environmental engineering in the university.Based on the developing and practice of the Jiangnan University and Penn State University joint teaching program,this article introduced the exploration on training mode of environmental engineering specialty talents with international view,and given the consideration on the idea of talent cultivation,cultivation mode,cultivation conditions and cultivation measures in the hope of providing useful experience and enlightenment for the cultivation of environmental engineering professionals during the increasingly extensive and in-depth international communication.
